My order showed up on time, which was nice, but one of the items in the box was completely wrong. It felt like someone just mixed it up during packing. Not the biggest disaster, but it’s still annoying to have to deal with the hassle of getting it fixed.

The box showed up crushed, which was annoying. The stuff inside seemed fine, though.

The return itself was fine, but the refund was a bit slow. I get that these things can take a few days and I probably should’ve been more patient, but I was checking because I just wanted to make sure everything went through okay

I ordered from slayglambox.com the products were nice once they finally showed up. The delivery side just wasn’t great. I didn’t get clear updates, the tracking barely changed for days, and the package arrived much later than I expected. Customer service wasn’t super helpful either, which made it more frustrating. If you’re not in a rush, it might be fine, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date

Compared to buying beauty products separately, it feels like a good deal, and I do like knowing what I’m supposed to be charged each month. That said, I do wish some of the communication was clearer, because a couple of things weren’t explained as well as they should’ve been, which was a little annoying.

Overall though, for the price, the box feels worth it. Being able to skip when I need to is a big plus too, so even with the communication issue, I’d still give it 5 stars.

I was a little nervous before signing up because I always worry with subscription boxes that there’ll be some weird surprise charge later. But Slay Glam Box made the billing clear at checkout, which definitely helped me feel more comfortable. I could see what I was paying and when it would happen.

I’m giving 4 stars because I do wish the renewal reminder was a bit more noticeable, just for that extra peace of mind. Still, I didn’t get hit with any unexpected charges, so overall I felt reassured

They did reply eventually, it just took longer than I was expecting. I remember because I was sitting there eating cereal out of a mug while waiting for the email to come in. Not a huge deal, but the response time could’ve been better.
